Easter Emu Angel Egg Dip!

Perfect for your Easter charcuterie grazing table. Spread it on Crostini, use it as a dip for chips, or veggie sticks. Have it w/ cured meats & crackers. Or just eat it with a spoon!

The emu eggs came from in Thompson. These are the last of the season. Emus won't lay eggs again until November. That means this dip won't be made again until Thanksgiving. I only have 6 containers for sale. They'll be available this weekend at .

Check this out. My friends over at hooked me up with some of their beautiful emu eggs. I'm going to make Emu Angel Eggs! We'll, I'm going to try. I'll let you know how it goes. Now I need some fresh quail eggs to do a comparison! Do any of my other local farm friends have quail eggs available?

No meat today. If you're practing Lent or if you never eat meat or if you do and would like a healthy side dish. Any reason is a good reason for this nourishing meal. A lentil Quinoa bowl w/ roasted sweet potato, carrot, bell peppers, broccoli, red cabbage & kale.
So good as is, but also great as a side w/ dressed greens a piece of your favorite fish.
As you can see, I've added some nutritional information to this package. In an effort to be more aware of what we're (mostly myself) eating lately. These amounts are for the whole 2 cup container. It's time to get out of hibernation mode and think healthy eating thoughts! Despite the wind & chill today, spring is just around the corner!
