It's a Communion whirlwind at The Little Party Shop! Glitter, flowers, feathers, banners, centerpieces, favors, and chocolate, chocolate chocolate! I went from 7 of these dress centerpieces down to 1 which is currently out for rent...the rest are on their way to Massachusetts as of this afternoon. If you need these as centerpieces and your event is coming up soon, please contact me asap because I will need to make more of them.

My first party in the new party room! A "Cupcake Wars" inspired birthday for a 9-year-old! The party started with each guest choosing numbers from a "cupcake" to see what team they were on, and then decorated their own baker's hats and bakery boxes. Then...the war was on! Two rounds of cupcake wars to present (as a group) cupcakes that best represented the given theme (first theme was "seasons", the second theme was "dance"). Teams were judged based on creativity, best use of color, and best overall presentation. Then then girls were given a third cupcake to decorate just for fun. Bagels and fruit were served for lunch, a giant cupcake-shaped cake was served after singing happy birthday. The girls then dressed up and took pictured in front of a cute cupcake backdrop and modeled the aprons that were hung around the room (made by yours truly) that were their favors, along with their cupcake trophies and cupcake candles. Guests all sign a personalized poster for the birthday girl.
