Resting along the shores of the beautiful Charlotte Harbor sits the state of the art 44,000 sq ft Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center. Built in 2009 the facility features panoramic views of the harbor from the 20,000 sq ft divisible main hall, great lawn, and terrace in addition to 4 high tech meeting rooms all with free wireless internet and free parking. The halfway point between Tampa and Ft. Myers, downtown Punta Gorda offers over 350 hotel rooms adjacent from the Center and small town charm and just a few steps from local owned bars, restaurants and shops. With unique flexible space and capacity, the Event Center can accommodate expos, amazing galas, concerts, corporate meetings, the most beautiful weddings in the area and much more. In-house catering is provided by Savor...Charlotte Harbor that offers custom menus, as well as drink services based on your taste, preference, and budget.

We were thrilled to host the Charlotte County Staff Appreciation Banquet! The evening brought everyone together for a fun-filled tailgate themed party honoring the incredible staff of Charlotte County.

We had so much fun at TCG Fest!!! 🎴

This Sunday our venue was buzzing with collectors, players, and fans. With trading cards, amazing finds, awesome vendors, and plenty of community spirit, TCG Fest brought together a fantastic crowd of fellow card enthusiasts.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, explored the event, made trades, and helped make the day such a success! We enjoyed being part of such a passionate and welcoming community.

Prepared to help when it matters most!

Yesterday, our team here at the event center completed CPR and AED training with Punta Gorda Fire & EMS and ended the day with a fire drill, because being prepared can make all the difference in an emergency.

We’re proud of our team for building their skills and knowledge so we can help keep our guests, clients, and community safe.

A big thank you to Punta Gorda Fire & EMS and everyone who helped make this training possible.

This Sunday we had the Show Me Your Hot Wheels & Diecasts Car Show!!!🔥

There was so much to see, from Hot Wheels and diecast collections to unique car builds and mods. There was something for every collector, car enthusiast, and kid at heart!
