**Note that we are very flexible in making your event perfect for YOU- if there isn’t a package that sparks your interest, message me and we will customize something just for you!**

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

1. 1/2 of your total is due upon booking your event. This is a non-refundable down payment. The remaining amount is due the day of your event.

2. Yours Truly, Venue accepts CASH or VENMO. We do not take cards or checks at this time.

3. We charge $75/hr- this is what our packages are based on. This amount INCLUDES the cleaning fee.

4. All bookings are able to come in 1 HOUR before their scheduled event for set up. **if it is a larger event, we are more than happy to work with clients on set up times.**

Hey y’all!

I’m Anna Kate, owner of the newest event venue in Pulaski, TN!

I’m incredibly BLESSED and GRATEFUL to finally share this with you.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved helping others and bringing their visions to life.

Opening and owning an event venue has been a dream of mine for years, though the “when” was never clear.

Then one random day, 209 N 1st Street popped up on my laptop and from that moment on, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I saw all the possibilities, all the beauty the space could hold, and the lives it could touch.

Yours Truly, Venue is proof that it’s always about God’s perfect timing, not our own.

I can’t wait to meet you all and host the most memorable events of your lifetime!
