I would like to to take this opportunity inform everyone that highlights mobile food service and catering , has decided not to cater any events this summer. We are currently going through a reconstruction phase, that will ensure that we offer one of the best experiences for individuals and special occasions, also would like to say thank you to everyone that has and will support us during this new experience.

Highlights would like to take this opportunity to notify everyone that we will not be providing deep fried turkeys this year ,due to some time management decisions for the future;Please accept our apologies to our customers also family and friends. But we do recommend PJ slaughter and Brian McGinnis at big rooster wings and BBQ and catering, they are providing smoked turkeys this year we are asking everyone to join in and give our support .

Just want to share a few more new pictures, of appetizer dishes that we have done. First we have the new longstar pork bites with caramelized bacon and pepper jack cheese, vegetable tray, we have a cheese tray with smoke Bologna roll and last we have our smoked chicken wings with some of highlights special sauces.
