When we purchased the acreage where the Barn and Farmhouse sit, my young daughter named the property The Green Palace. The name has stuck. Although neither a Palace or green, the property offers a unique location to host events. Weddings, Reunions, Retreats, Dinners, Dances....the options are limited only by ones imagination!

The beautiful cathedral -like soaring ceilings in the Barn offer a blank canvas for decorating. The Barn can be dressed up or kept simple....and either way it will be gorgeous. With a serving kitchen and bathrooms, your caterer and guests will all be kept comfortable.

The 18 acre property offers plenty of space for parking, tent set up if desired, unique Ceremony sites and beautiful phot op areas. Tables/Chairs and Cream linens are included in the rental fee.

Also Included in the rental of the Barn is the use of the adorable 4 bedroom/ 1.5 Bath Farmhouse. With a designated “ready room” the Farmhouse is the perfect place for your Bridesmaids and you to prepare for the day and just relax and make memories. You have the opportunity to shop in the Something Borrowed closet and search through hundreds of decorator items which may be used free of charge to make your Wedding perfect. Included in the closet are Buffets, unique chairs, lanterns, candles, chalkboards, vintage wooden boxes and much much more.
