Rental Pricing:
Friday & Saturday: $600
Thursday & Sunday: $500
Monday – Wednesday: $400

Deposit: 50% due at booking

Cleaning Refund: $50 refunded when:
Decorations are taken down
Tabletops are cleared
Trash is removed to outdoor dumpster

Additional Services:
Linen Services: $10 per tabletop (2 color options)
House Person: $25/hour (Only if no bartender is present)
Bartender: $20/hour
Security: $30/hour (Required if bar is open)

*Tables and Chairs Included in Rental
**You're welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice
