Yesterday marks one month since we opened our doors and WOW, what an amazing experience it has been!

Check out the new Mountainside breakfast slopper! A toasted hamburger bun topped with a juicy burger patty and topped with an egg cooked your way, golden crisp hash browns and smothered in our house made green chili. A true breakfast treat.

You never know what you'll see when you come out to the Pueblo Memorial Airport and have lunch at Mountainside Catering and Cafe!

This beautiful DC-3 is privately owned by Cleveland Detroit Flying Service LLC., and made a stop over at our friends at Freeman Jet Center - Pueblo, Colorado before continuing on their journey.

According to information available on the internet, this particular DC-3 was completed in 1944 as a C-47A-30-DK in Oklahoma and put into commission for the US Army Air Force and then briefly for the British Royal Air Force. Fun fact, It was also once owned by Philip K Wrigley, the owner of Wrigley Chewing Gum company, for 32 years.

We had the distinct opportunity for some of our staff to visit the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention & Control located at the Pueblo Memorial Airport (Fly Pueblo). We were able to get these amazing photos of some of the aviation equipment being utilized to fight the .
