Ocean State Card Con isn’t just a convention. It’s Rhode Island’s entry point into the card hobby. Twice a year, OSCC brings together 100+ tables of sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, and other TCGs alongside artists, nonprofits, learn to play spaces, and casual gaming. Between shows, OSCC runs Learn to Play sessions across Rhode Island and partners with local businesses, libraries, and community spaces to create smaller events that keep people engaged year round. The goal is simple: remove the barriers that make this hobby feel confusing, expensive, or closed off, and replace them with clear entry points and real human connection.
