Hi, I’m Nijah! A professional makeup artist with over 10 years of experience and a background in psychology. My journey started with a passion for mental health and helping others feel seen, heard, and confident. Along the way, I discovered that makeup could be more than just artistry… it could be a powerful form of connection and self-expression.
It became my craft, my voice, and my way of empowering others.

Makeup Your Mind is rooted in the belief that true beauty begins within. My goal is to enhance what’s already there- to help you feel not only beautiful, but deeply yourself. I call my approach Makeup Therapy: thoughtful, intentional artistry grounded in how you want to feel, not just how you want to look.
From weddings to lifetime events, I create soft glam that feels timeless and personal. My chair is a space where every story matters and every face is treated with care, compassion, and attention to detail.
I’ve worked with hundreds of anxious brides, and as an empath and mental health advocate, I understand those feelings intimately. I’m not just here to do your makeup, I’m here to support you.
