a room like this doesn’t come from a Pinterest board. it comes from two roles working in sync with an A++ vendor team.

our designer builds the concept: the palette, the florals, the scale of everything from the linens to the arrangements.

our planner builds the framework: the timeline, the vendor coordination, the logistics that get every piece into place before a single guest walks in.

this state room reception is what happens when both sides are dialed in at the same time. the design had to hold its own against floor to ceiling windows and a skyline view, and the ex*****on had to make sure none of it fell out of place across a full night of dinner, dancing, and everything in between.

that’s what full service planning with design actually means here. not just a beautiful room, but a beautiful room that someone was also making sure ran on time!

There is nothing like watching two brides walk down the aisle together, hand in hand, with the Boston skyline lit up behind them. Mads and Nora took a beat on this staircase before the ceremony, just the two of them, and it is one of my favorite quiet moments from the whole day.
