Entrepreneurship is real life. Between production, rising costs, and the chaos of life, some days are harder than others. But the reminder is simple: I’m too blessed to be stressed. Let this be the reminder to keep showing up. Because who else is going to make these Haitian gluten-free empanadas 👀🤣

You don’t have to erase where you came from to make room for what’s next. This refresh is about honoring, evolving and making room for the Empanada Assassin story still being written.

I’m learning to get out of my own way and stop letting perfection keep me from moving forward. There’s still a lot happening behind the scenes but the new banner is up and and the flavor hasn’t changed.

Thank you to the creative behind the refresh, Audrey Staples Audrey for helping bring this new vision to life.

Join us as we refresh, renew, and push forward into what’s era of Empanada Assassin.

Why change something that was already working?

Because growth sometimes means recognizing your capacity and being willing to adjust.
This refresh is more than a new logo or look. It’s our kitchen process, our offerings, and our availability. As a one-woman show, I had to make changes that allow me to give you the best of what I can offer and honestly, the timing couldn’t have been better.

I promise the full reveal is coming on the next video…
