Brown Concert Agency Coordinating Spring Weekend since 1960. Since 1960, the Brown Concert Agency has been bringing great music to Brown both for Spring Weekend and Fall Concert.

BCA also coordinates Speakeasies featuring student musicians. Previous acts have included: Ella Fitzgerald, Ray Charles, Janice Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, James Taylor, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, U2, REM, Sonic Youth, The Flaming Lips, Snoop Dogg, Black Keys, Kendrick Lamar, Diplo, Lauryn Hill, Pusha T, Modest Mouse, and Hudson Mohawke.

SPRING WEEKEND 26 IS TOMORROW! 😝😝 Here are some final reminders before the big day. SEE YOU ON THE GREEN. 🪩😜🎶📀🌸

- Concerts are high-energy, but they don’t have to be draining. We’ve built several wellbeing strategies into Spring Weekend to keep you feeling your best: - Free reusable water bottles and water filling stations. - Free earplugs to reduce sensory overload. - BEMS buddy tent to take a break and check in. - Food for purchase to keep you nourished. Take a moment to plan your wellbeing strategy so you can stay in the moment and enjoy the show!

- Practice self- and community-care. Brown has a Medical Amnesty Policy that applies to alcohol or other drug violations. Resources are available, reach out to get help if you need it.

- Concerts can be exciting, and can sometimes feel overwhelming. Taking care of your psychological wellbeing is part of the experience.
If you start to feel anxious, try slowing your breathing. Inhale for four seconds, hold for four, and exhale for six. A short pause can help you feel more grounded.

Two more days until Spring Weekend begins!! 🪩🌼 Make sure to keep these tips in mind while you’re attending! 🕺🎶☀️

- You can always take a break from the crowd, exit to the left or right to get breathing room.
- Avoid FOMO - Plan and pace yourself! If you choose to drink alcohol, pace yourself, drink plenty of water and eat food along the way. Drink responsibly to avoid necessitating medical resources.
- Respect boundaries! Avoid pushing and shoving at the concert.

Spring Weekend is in 4 days!! Here are some reminders to make sure you have an enjoyable experience! 🪩🪩☀️

- The concerts can be loud! Use earplugs to reduce sensory overload and protect your hearing.

- Having a plan to meet up with friends at the concert and throughout the weekend can allow for everyone to check in and make sure you are all having a good time.

- If you lose something, head over to the ticket booth right outside the concert fences! Located across from the entrance on George St!

- Make sure you are seeking engaged consent in every interaction (dancing, using someone’s stuff and hooking up.) Consent is key for a fun and safer Spring Weekend!

- If you need a break, the BEMS Buddy Tent offers a quiet space to step away and reset. BEMS buddies can adress needs in higher risk situations and help connect you to what you need to feel safer.

- If you need assistance at the concert, look for members of BCA in the Pink t-shirts.
