👕 T-Shirts & Sweatshirts for Sale
Festival t-shirts ($15) and sweatshirts ($20) will be available for purchase Monday–Friday at the Prospect Library and at the information booth on the day of the event.
🚗 Parking & Road Closures
For Characters, Vendors, Face Painters, and Dragonfly Balloons:
Parking passes will be emailed prior to the event.
Please park at Moraine Elementary School (left side of the lot):

Vehicles without parking passes will be towed.

Shuttle service is provided by Brighton Transportation:

⛑ First Aid & Safety
The Prospect Volunteer Fire Department will serve as our First Aid Station for the day.
For minor injuries, please go directly to the fire department.
A UTV will be available for specific emergencies.
🛍 Vendor Setup Details
Saturday Setup: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
All tables and wares must be fully set up by 3:00 PM.
Teardown is not permitted until the conclusion of the fireworks.
A parking permit and detailed instructions will be emailed.
More information will be coming from Jim Butler in a separate email.
If you have special parking needs, contact us ASAP.
🚒 Fire Departments, Ambulances & First Responders – Post-Parade Instructions
If you are participating in the parade and would like to stay after the event, please follow the directions below and refer to the attached map for guidance:
At the end of the parade, continue through the route and:
Turn left on Monroe Street
Turn left on Church Street
Turn left onto Route 528 heading back toward Main Street
Once on Main Street, make a left turn.
All response vehicles and apparatuses (fire trucks, squads, ambulances, etc.) should park along the right side of Main Street, leaving the left lane open for emergency exits and traffic flow.
We would like to fill the right side of Main Street with all emergency vehicles.

Battle of the Barrel Setup:
Bill Errera Tow Trucks will park in front of Moraine Elementary along Main Street to prepare for the Battle of the Barrel event. Please leave this area clear for their arrival.

🏛 Historical Society Hours: Open from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM during the event.

Q: I'm in the parade. Where do I park and how do I get to the lineup?
A: Park at any of the shuttle locations listed above. Shuttles will transport you to the parade lineup area.
Q: How do I get to my parade lineup spot? (Map attached)
A: Follow this route:
Take Route 528
Turn right onto Crown Hill Road
Then turn right onto Kennedy Road
Do NOT enter directly via Kennedy Road. This will be a one-way staging area for parade participants. Event staff and fire police will assist you upon arrival.
Q: Who can I contact for help during the event?
Event staff and local firemen will be available throughout the grounds.
Fireworks are being setup in the large field next to Moraine Elementary School 🎆🎇🧨
