I have "crafty" in my DNA. My grandmother was a master quilter, shipping quilts around the world, and my Aunt is a celebrated doll maker. I am married and have 1 son, WALT, who shares my crafty ways and takes animation classes. Blooming Heirlooms began as a gift to one of his teachers, Mrs. Over the past two years the design and styles of flowers have expanded due to collaborative efforts with my
clients. I enjoy being challenged and stretched; it is the only way to grow! In 2015 I am working to expand into a full florist line with a collection of flowers from lilies to poinsettias. Each individual rose is hand crafted. The process includes 24 steps and takes 2 days from start to finish. I am able to craft roses from any color of card stock or type of book....from encyclopedias to comic books. They make great lasting gifts for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, graduations, and birthdays. They also make fabulous wedding bouquets and Prom corsages that can be displayed instead of thrown away at the end of the big event...
