The Lawrence County Fair Board would like to give a huge thank you to Kayla Jo Niece of Kaptured by Kay Photography for capturing all of the wonderful moments at the Fair. Kayla put in long days and nights each day so we could all enjoy her photos and timeless treasures. Not only did Kayla spend many hours editing and uploading photos but she worked weeks prior to the Fair managing the Fair’s social media page keeping everyone informed and making updates throughout Fair week.

The photos Kayla captured will be treasured memories for years to come. Thank you, Kayla, for sharing your talent with us!

🎡& that's a wrap, Lawrence County! ❤️
📸 22,278 photos later.....& 2025 is complete!
In shooting "THE FAIR" over the past 5 years (officially, 5 but really more than that) I have literally watched these kids grow up in the Show Ring.
Now as adults, they still find their way back to The Fair each summer and now bringing their little ones and keeping the love of the fair tradition going!
It's so much more than just rides, yummy fair food and yes, (many) derbies.....
It's families spending the week together, making memories with friends and fellow showmen, coming together as a community to have some fun in the summertime.
Speaking of community- it literally takes a village to make this fair successful year after year! From the grounds crew, Johnny cleaning up for us, the gate crew, our guys on the equipment- all of the Fairboard members & family members who work hard all week (and weeks leading up to the fair!) and run on very little sleep all week......to all of the 4-H & FFA advisors, leaders, kids, mentors and volunteers....it simply wouldn't be the best without EACH of you.

So thank you to everyone who loves this crazy Fair week like we all do....😅😍🎡❤️
I hope I have shared a little bit of everything and that you can enjoy a glimpse into what makes this FAIR special....& that's simply, THE PEOPLE!

A special thank you to our Fair Livestock Sale Auctioneers Lee Johnson (53 yrs. volunteering) and Donnie Craft (35 yrs.) in honor of their support and dedication to the 4-H and FFA youth of Lawrence County! Thank you for spending many, many hours over the years running the sale all day on Saturday ending Fair week!

🕊️✝️The Lawrence County Agricultural Society and Fairboard presented honorary Citizenship awards to the families of cherished loved ones who passed on way too soon. These wonderful families have been apart of and supported our 4H/FFA and County Programs for many years. They are forever remembered. Just something small to give their families in honor of their lives and the impact they made here on us at The Lawrence County Fair.
