You may have already seen them in a few places around town, but 2025 Fair books are here! All the info you need to enter an Open Class exhibit can be found in these booklets -- plus more info about Fair happenings. Books can be picked up at our office, or the Crook County Library (Oregon), Prineville Chamber, and the Crook County Extension-Oregon State University. Happy Wednesday everyone! We just wanted to reach out and let you all know that since this Sunday May 11, 2025 is Mother’s Day we will not be open. We will be back Sunday May 18, 2025.

Come visit the Fairgrounds today & this weekend! We have Oregon High School Rodeo Association in the Outdoor Arena (see schedule below) AND the Cowboy Fast Draw Association (CFDA) in the Indoor Arena (shoots all day from 9am-4pm Saturday and championship shoot on Sunday at noon)! Both free for the public to attend!

📌 The Fair Board has a vacancy! This board meets every 3rd Monday of the month to discuss Fairgrounds matters, and is actively involved in planning and executing the Crook County Fair and other Fairgrounds-produced events. Hi all! The weather is getting better and better, and I know y'all want to start riding in the outdoor arena! It's easier for us to just say when you CAN'T ride outside, so please see the list of CLOSURES below. We will be adding OA riding to the events calendar on our website as well. The OA is open from dawn until dusk, and groomed each morning after we groom in the Indoor Arena. There is no riding fee.
