Originally booked to photograph their wedding day, but due to unforeseen circumstances, plans shifted. Instead, this beautiful session at the Rodin Museum became their wedding portraits and family photos combined.

The heat was intense, but these two embraced every moment with grace and joy. It was my first time photographing at the Rodin Museum, and I absolutely loved the experience.

“Kyle was fantastic! He captured every special moment of our wedding and all of our guests having a great time. He captured moments I didn’t think of like my bridesmaids helping me put my shoes on and I’m so glad he did. He also let my husband talk to him about photography, which helped hubby relax for photos. My husband is picky about photography since he does it himself, and Kyle was an immediate yes from him as well. Kyle captured so much and I felt like I never even saw him, so it never felt like we had to pose for photos. Lots of amazing candid pics and artistic ones that captured the wildflower theme of the wedding. We also really appreciate that we got all of our photos in both color and black and white (I prefer color and hubby prefers black and white). It’s awesome to have the option for each one. He’s super nice and accommodating and an excellent photographer you can trust with your special day. He is also great at communicating and updating on when you’ll get your photos. He even sent us some within a couple days so we could have a sneak peek while we waited for the rest. I’m so impressed with how quick his editing process is too. I can’t imagine any other photographer having been the one to capture our day.”

Sometimes the unimaginable happens: Ethan and Nora reached out to me with heartbreaking news—their hard drive failed, and all of their wedding photos were gone. My heart dropped for them, knowing how priceless those memories are.

But this is why I back up every wedding multiple times. I was able to go back through my archives, re-edit every image, and return their gallery to them—so they could relive every moment, every laugh, and every tear.

Technology can fail, but your memories shouldn’t have to. I’m so grateful I could give these moments back to Ethan and Nora. ❤️
