Take Me There Entertainment would like to congratulate Ben Lester on his first “Solo Flight” this evening. Ben was called in on emergency duty with FOUR(4) gigs in one night and one DJ went down earlier today and landed in the ER!!(Get Well Yost!) Ben has been training with his Dad(DJ Eric Lester) and Uncle(Owner/DJ Thomas Lester) for about 2 years on audio setup, microphone work, and music selection. He got the “call to the bullpen” with about an hour notice. Reports are that he is “Killing It!” Special Thanks to Sun Valley School for letting Ben “spin the vinyl” or fire up the laptop these days!!

Princeton (WV) City Pool opens tomorrow!! Check out the flyers for all the info on daily times open & Night Swim dates. The "Aloha to Summer" (kickoff party) is Tuesday night June 10th from 6pm-9pm. TMTE will be setup DJ'ing the event. As well as all the Night Swims. The date for the "Back to School Bash" (end of season event) is still TBD... We look forward to seeing you at the Princeton City Pool this Summer!!

This past Friday and Saturday night, TMTE handled the sound and some lightning for the STARZ Performing Arts Academy's "Showcase" recital at Bluefield HS. Sound was taping into the speaker system in the theater and also providing an audio line for the video production. Lighting was accent the theater lighting with some color... TMTE will be back with STARZ the end of May with their Spring Recital at BHS...

Along with that we are in charge of scheduling musicians for the National Anthem at each game. We still have several games that we need to fill. Despite the cold, wet, and windy weather last night. The Bluefield, WV "Lemon Drop" still rung in the new year. A good crowd came out for the hot cocoa, music, fireworks, and ringing in the New Year. TMTE once again handled the music/ sound. Yes, the weather made for an altered set up to protect our equipment. But it still did the job. Happy New Year to all!!

Once again TMTE will send out the old year, & ring in the new year DJ'ing for Bluefield, WV's "Lemon Drop" celebration New Year's Eve. Festivities get underway on Commerce Street at 11pm. The Lemon will drop at the stroke of Midnight. Fireworks (Weather permitting) to bring in the New Year. And we'll continue with the music till 1am. There are no tickets, fee, or charge to attend....

A Christmas/Holiday Party on the schedule tonight for TMTE. One of our annual events for a client. Tonight it's DJ/Karoake for the Tazewell County Social Services Christmas Party at the VIP Room in Tazewell, VA. 3 parts to the gig for us. Background Christmas music for dinner. A mic for awards, presentations, and door prizes. Then dance music and Karoake for Party time. And we always eat good at this event.
