Tatortot casserole 1lb. ground beef1 can of cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup canned corn1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese...

Tatortot casserole

1lb. ground beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup canned corn
1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Frozen tatortots, approx. 1/2 package (however many fit on top of your dish).

Brown the ground beef, with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.
Stir in soup. Put meat mixture in a casserole dish (I used 9x9 glass).
Top meat with corn, then shredded cheese.
Tatortots placed on top and bake according to tatortot package directions (I did mine at 450° for 20 minutes).
