Pamela said, “I want pictures in ALL my outfits before the ceremony.”
Now… multiple outfit changes + full glam + individual portraits
That requires a PLAN.
We started hair and makeup super early. Every outfit was already prepared. Accessories were organized. The order of her looks was planned. And everyone knew we had a very specific window to get these photos DONE.
Everything was moving beautifully…
Until wedding-day time started doing what wedding-day time does. 😂
Suddenly, we were watching the clock a little more closely.
This is the part brides don’t always see.
Behind those beautiful, effortless photos is a team communicating, adjusting the timeline, helping with outfit changes, finding missing accessories, watching the clock, keeping vendors informed and making sure the bride doesn’t have to carry the stress of it all.
We were MOVING. 😂👏🏽
But guess what?
She got her pictures.
She got into every look she wanted.
She made it to her ceremony.
And that smile at the end told us everything we needed to know. 🥹🤍
One happy bride.
And THAT is always the goal.
