You can see Sophisticuts Salon in the back and the bank that once stood where the Main/Elm parking lot is today. A brochure from when this building was the North End Ice Cream Parlor mentions that this beautiful wooden hutch came out of “a grand house on Drexel Avenue in Chicago”. It will now serve as a dessert staging area for cupcakes and sweets for showers and parties.

Who remembers the ice cream parlor? If you know the dates it was open, please comment!
