🔥 All the Fixin's Nachos — loaded with all three of our smoked meats, beer cheese, fresh veggies, and Cali 1000 dressing.

🥗 Seared Ahi Tuna Salad — pepper-crusted ahi tuna served rare over crisp greens and fresh vegetables.

Over the winter, we couldn’t stop thinking about food. 😋

So when it came time to put together the 2026 menu, we may have added a few new favorites.

🔥 All the Fixin’s Nachos — fresh tortilla chips, beer cheese, all three of our smoked meats, fresh veggies from the salad bar, and a drizzle of Cali 1000 dressing.

🥗 Seared Ahi Tuna Salad — pepper-crusted ahi tuna served rare over crisp greens, fresh vegetables, edamame, pickled onion, and our house sesame-style dressing.

🥐 Smoked Chicken Ranch Sandwich — smoked chicken, cool ranch, crisp veggies, and the perfect excuse to pair it with a Knuth’s Blue Eyed Blonde.

The kind where you spend all morning figuring out what you're doing for lunch...

And the kind where somebody says, "Let's just go to Knick's."

We vote for the second one.

We're open at 11AM today with slow-smoked BBQ, cold drinks, fresh eats, and a river view that's hard to beat.
