Hospitality with heart.💗

This weekend, we had the joy of creating a gorgeous grazing table for 75 guests celebrating a dear friend's 50th birthday.

What made it even more special was that the guest of honor is a wonderful client, and the celebration was hosted in the home of another loyal client who has become a dear friend. One of my favorite parts of this work is watching clients become friends and being invited into life's most meaningful milestones.

Grateful for the trust, the friendships, and every opportunity to help bring people together around the table. ✨ 🥳

2026 AHC Homeschool Graduation is just 2 weeks away!🎓📜🥳✨️We’re so excited to celebrate 8 amazing homeschool high school graduates and their families as they reach this incredible milestone.

Most families have already submitted their guest counts — thank you! If there have been any updates or changes to your party size, please let Hometown Hostess know as soon as possible so we can finalize arrangements. Guests are also encouraged to carpool if possible, as parking is limited at our beautiful historic Schoolhouse venue.

Keep an eye out for one final participant email coming soon with day-of logistics and important details. As always, I’m happy to answer any questions along the way — we can’t wait to celebrate with you all! 🎉

If Hometown Hostess has seemed a little quiet this week… (around here, the "week" often runs Thursday–Tuesday😅) and this one has been anything but slow. ✨

Behind the scenes has been a whole lot of creating: florals, a 10ft balloon arch, a themed graduation photo backdrop, stage décor featuring live peace lilies and bamboo trees, plus balloon towers for tonight’s PVCS Kindergarten & 8th grade graduations.

And these florals deserve their own moment. 💐 This stunning 42" cascading arrangement was designed to bring height, drama, and movement to the stage. But event pros know sometimes you have to pivot on the fly — once we noticed vibrations from foot traffic on stage, we adjusted to a slightly lower profile design that still brought all the elegance and wow factor while keeping everything secure and ceremony-ready.

Because behind every beautiful event is a little creativity… and a lot of problem-solving. 😉
