September arrangements went out this week.
Fresh Flowers + Hands-On Learning!
There’s just something beautiful about a classic white floral arrangement!
Our floriculture students created these arrangements using a gorgeous combination of fresh flowers and greenery:
White Roses
White Daisies
Cushion Mums
Baby’s Breath
Leatherleaf Fern
Silver Dollar Eucalyptus
The white roses provide a beautiful focal point, while the daisies and cushion mums add fullness and different flower forms. Baby’s breath adds a soft, delicate texture, and the leatherleaf and silver dollar eucalyptus bring in contrasting shades, shapes, and textures of greenery.
Students are learning that floral design is about much more than putting flowers in a vase. They are learning how different flowers and greenery work together to create balance, texture, depth, and visual interest.
One of the best parts of floriculture is watching a box of flowers turn into something beautiful in the hands of our students!
