Man, what a fun ride! When I decided I wanted the yard full of flowers during the pandemic I certainly didn’t know Nick would jump head first by taking a farming and agriculture class at LSU, till and plant two huge flower fields in the back of the yard, deliver weekly subscriptions, and sell directly to florists. When Nick decides to learn a new thing he goes ALL OUT! // while we are no longer going to offer flower subscriptions or selling flowers after today we are SO THANKFUL for all of the support y’all gave us on our floral adventure! And don’t worry- I’ll still be putting him to work growing flowers all over our yard for my viewing pleasure 😛 here’s to see what Nick decided to conquer next!

When an old friend asked if we could supply the flowers for her bridal bouquet the answer was immediately, “yes!” We sent them to to work her magic and they turned out killer! Definitely a special milestone for us. Thank you, , for thinking of us and letting us grow your bouquet 🤍

Happy Thursday from Scout and Willa!

For any of yall that follow , you probably already know who this sweet pup is. Scout is one of our namesake furry friends - a (giant) black lab who was dumped on the side of the road by his previous owner and just happened to wander up to the right house in February 2020. He showed up malnourished and missing so much hair we thought he was an old dog. Turns out he was actually still a puppy!! He's aggressively affectionate and will do whatever it takes to keep you petting him. He loves to snuggle and chase the chickens around the yard, and he's never happier than when he gets to run around following the tractor like a true !

We added our blooms to some roses and hydrangeas we snagged at the store to make our bridal shower arrangements a little more unique and personal. Loving the cosmos and globe amaranth we have growing now (and always love our zinnias!) 🤍🤍🤍 Having all this in our yard is pretty awesome!

Fall bouquets headed out today 🧡 we’re in the last weeks of our summer subscriptions (a few weeks later than planned thanks to Ida) and so thankful for all the Saturday blooms that have filled our kitchen on the weekends. We’re thankful for all those who trusted us and subscribed for our first season!
