Today we have the mango tart and the passion fruit choux pastry.

Both of these desserts lean into tropical flavors! They are light, fresh, and perfect for spring going into Mother’s Day. I wanted the box to feel bright and not too heavy, something that still feels special but really enjoyable to eat.

Hello everyone!

The time has come to celebrate all the hardworking and loving mothers in our lives, the ones who give so much of themselves every single day, oftentimes without asking for anything in return.

This Mother's Day, I wanted to create something that feels truly special...something thoughtful, handmade, and a little different than usual.

So, I'm excited to share The Dropout Mother's Day Dessert Box!

Each box is filled with 6 handcrafted desserts:
- Fresh mango tart
- Passion fruit-filled choux pastry
- Spanish style almond cookie
- Dulce de leche Alfajores
- Guava panetela
- Coconut besitos

Every dessert is made with care and intention, which brings together flavors that feel comforting, nostalgic, and a little unexpected.

I really wanted this box to feel like a small way to say "thank you" to the amazing mothers out there!

So grateful to have catered a Valentine’s Day order on February 14th!

This order was for Jo-Ann Acklin Ingram and her church, and the menu included carne guisada, strawberry pecan salad with homage dressing, creamy mashed potatoes, and homemade flan - all made from scratch! Everything turned out beautiful and I am so proud of how it came together.
