The Grand at Willow Springs has been on our drawing board since 2019.... in the fall of 2022, this dream became a reality! The goal of the Grand at Willow Springs is to provide a timeless and adaptable wedding and event venue for the bridal and event market of northwest Arkansas. The french country inspired estate will serve as a blank canvas for the client and will offer multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to allow the client to cultivate their dream event. This space is designed to celebrate community, love, and every good thing God grants us on earth.

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows” -James 1:17

Summer Soiree Series: GOING GRAND EVENTS
Rounding out the Summer Soiree Series is our cocktail hour design that we designed in house! We had so much fun planning alongside some of our favorite humans to create this luxurious and playful space!

We have a unique opportunity to observe all sorts of ideas, logistics and designs on our courtyard. Our biggest recommendations when it comes to outdoor spaces is to remember the time of year (hot vs. cold), plan for interactives to entertain guests, and most importantly have a game plan if the weather doesn't agree with your plans!

Summer Soiree Series: AMANDA TANNEHILL WEDDINGS x HIGHBALL AND HONEY

Not only is Amanda superbly talented in the planning scene; she also owns a bartending business! Superwoman if I dare say so myself! For the open house, her two companies combined to create a beautiful area with some delicious samples! Make sure to contact both Highball and Honey & Amanda Tannehill Weddings to get on their books for your wedding!

My favorite takeaway from this design is the addition of the custom pattern to the bar! This is a great way to customize a rental and take your design to the next level. We've seen monograms, patterns, and even some adorable pups on the front of the bars! What will you add next?

Summer Soiree Series: SOIREE DESIGN CO
Took a little break from bright and summery colors to enter this decadent world that Jessica and her team created at the Summer Soiree. The warm tones of the browns, complemented by the monochromatic simplicity of greenery and pops of red made this design so effortlessly elegant! BRAVO!

My favorite part? You knowwww a merch booth goes crazy at a wedding. Mix it up with trucker hats, plaing cards and all the fun things that you enjoy as a couple!

Summer Soiree Series: MARRY ME MILLER
This design was seriously so FUN and I am obsessed with the color. Not only did Katherine have the most thoughtful design, she also had so many awesome interactives. From some of the most delicious treats to live watercolors and a kiss cam! 10/10 wedding, even if it was just for fun on a Sunday afternoon!

My biggest takeaway from this inspiration is to incorporate colors, elements and interactives into your wedding that feel like YOU! Just because your friends did something at their wedding, does not mean it will be taboo if you don't have it at yours! Weddings are meant to be a reflection of the couple, so make it your own!

Summer Soiree Series: MONROE & KIMMY FOR JLK WEDDINGS
This x ch*****ne fountain... she's an icon. The layers, textures, and intentionality in this design went above and beyond. And the color palette feels so inviting!

My favorite takeaway here is that centerpieces don't have to just be one thing. Play with delicious displays, fun floral moments and more. And if you need help with that, call Kimmy and Monroe!

Summer Soiree Series: B. JANE EVENTS

Mama, my colors are blush and bashful (IYKYK) but make it POP! I have seen this linen and hoped that someone would use it and Bethany delivereddddd! Obsessed with the layers of pink that

My favorite piece that makes this design so unique is the pink and white checkered dance floor. A colored dance floor is such a fun play into your wedding design without breaking the bank on a fully custom floor! Always ask your vendors what color options they provide, they probably have more than you think!

Summer Soiree Series: ADDISON TURNER EVENTS

Our girl Addi!!!! We have seen a lot of sage in 2026, and I'm loving the depth in this richer green that Addi incorporated into her design here. This design screams elegance and we are here for it.

My favorite element in this design is tied between the martini tower or the hand painted calla lilies on each place setting. Talk about intentionality for each and every guest.

Summer Soiree Series: CHASING BUTTERFLIES

From the moment I saw Rylee's design board, it struck me! I love the way she took inspiration from artwork and created such a classic yet custom tablescape. The mini cakes were fabulous, and were even better that they were made to look like water color paintings.

My takeaway to use for your wedding? If you're looking for a height element but maybe aren't interested in draping or a hanging installation, look into these ground supported chandelier stands from Alchemy Event Rentals! They are such a fun way to add another layer of whimsy to a head table or another element of your wedding!

Summer Soiree Series: B. BLOOM
One thing we can always count on with Britt is that she is going to think outside of the box and she is going to do it WELL! As we were setting up, I found Britt and Raeagn building a literal pond. Creative genius if you ask me!!!

If you couldn't guess, the interactive floral centerpiece of this table took my breath away. Centerpieces don't have to be stagnant! Trust your vendors to think outside of the box and create something memorable for you and your guests! Bravo, team!

Finally catching my breath and looking back on our Summer Soiree. WOW! The designs that the teams brought to life blew my mind (as always!) Sharing the designs over the next few weeks to give y'all some inspiration and share such a beautiful day in case you weren't able to make it in person!

First up is and her summertime garden party!!! My favorite parts of this design (besides the icing on that cake - YUM!) were definitely the incorporation of the pergola and the slushy machine!!! If you are looking for a fun, cool treat for a hot day, try out a slushy machine at your wedding. From cocktail hour to a late night snack, it's sure to be a big hit!
