⏳Where has the time gone?! Since my last post, we've celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, the new year and a shift in our business model! Let's catch up!

As I've always shared, if you follow us on Instagram () you're probably all caught up because I post more frequently there! ☺️

That said, I ended 2025 feeling really grateful for another successful year of growth! For me, continued success and year end always lead to thoughtful hindsight/reflection and asking myself what's next.

As I reflected on what next looked like for me and this business, I made the decision to terminate the rental of our soft serve machines/carts at the end of 2025.

What?! Yes, I know it may be a shock to some if this is your first time hearing the news. While I LOVED bringing JOY to 600+ events and gatherings over the past (just shy of) 4 years, I felt it was time for a change & a new challenge.

🤩 This decision wasn't made on a whim and it wasn't because my business wasn't successful -- it was quite the opposite.

So, what now? Two of my machines/carts found their home in Columbus with Molly’s Market Party Rentals and the other two found their home in northeast Ohio at a new business The Soft Serve Cart! We are SO excited for the continued JOY and sweetness they will bring to celebrations around Ohio!🍦

🛒As far as what's next for me and Simple Soft Serve, my focus will be on consulting others who want to start a soft serve machine rental business and/or purchase our cart for a Taylor soft serve machine -- there's nothing like it out there!

Over the years, I've received countless requests to purchase our cart and until now, we weren't ready to do so until last fall when we sold our first one to Swirls by Shannon in Boston.

I'm excited about the possibility of helping others learn and grow in this space and even start from scratch as they chase their sweet dreams!

✨Any accomplishment deserves celebration! This week we helped our repeat client OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital celebrate their advance certification as a Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. 🧠

🍦These events means as much to them as they do to me. They continue to be the largest events we do all year!

Stats: 3️⃣ machines, 1,000 servings of soft serve, a 5:30am wake up call, 247 miles driven, a PTO day for my husband to help me make it happen and countless smiles for the🍦!!

When these events are over I’m equal parts tired and proud. 🥺 We love helping to make celebrations a little bit sweeter that you (and we) will remember forever!

Another month full of memories & lots of soft serve!🍦In August we helped: celebrate birthdays, share employee & customer appreciation, cheers to retirement & teams, gather family & neighborhoods, make an impact at philanthropic activities, treat kids at camp, wlecome kids & teachers back to school, and shower soon-to-be parents! ❤️

So many reasons to celebrate with us — we don’t ever take for granted your continued support and love for our soft serve!🍦

We also had some challenges this month but as always, we come out stronger in the end! 🙌🏻

Keep us in mind for the -ber months too!
