1. Food cooked fresh, on-site is better quality and better tasting.

2. Guest flow through the event contributes to the comfortability and overall guest experience. Bottlenecks and long lines will leave a negative impression.

3. Site visits help event planners identify potential hazards or roadblocks, map the most efficient and appealing layout, and show up better prepared.

4. Presentation is everything! Your event should be visually appealing from the food lines to the inflatables.

5. When your guest count is in the thousands, it’s important to work with a team who can develop an event that supports the capacity, ensuring everyone has a safe, positive experience.
