First attempt at a completely biodegradable moss-covered wreath - handmade with straw, jute and a few Safeway flowers… tried to use the blue spruce for the red, white & blue effect but need a touch more accent pieces to finish it off. But I love the framework! Ok, added those little bits and now I’m happy with her.

Mother's Day Flowers? We’ve Got You Covered! 🌸

Our flower stand in Poulsbo is fully stocked with a variety of fresh, farm-grown Mother’s Day arrangements.

These flowers are grown from seed to stand, and TwinkleBug Flowers couldn't be happier to share them with the Moms out there.

To those of us who have a Mother dear to our hearts, and to those people who show up as a Mom, providing nurture and care to the world - Happy Mother's Day.

Honorable mention: Bud vases were made and donated to the Kitsap Firefighters' Gala celebration tomorrow night. I love how they turned out - lily of the valley, silene, snow-in-summer, Adorbs!

TwinkleBug Flowers is bustling with activity!

Our new driveway position has streamlined visitor access, enabling effortless meet-and-greets. Don't hesitate to extend a greeting; I'd be more than happy to engage briefly.

As a result of the microclimate, our flowering schedule is delayed by roughly 10 days compared to town, however, the ranunculus and tangerine geum are now in the process of unfurling, contributing a light, airy quality to the floral arrangements.

Dahlias are being put in, culling is the hardest part. I love so so many of them! Sticking to a ‘sunset’ color scheme has helped - think the warm tones off watermelon/raspberry/bronze/peach/yellow/pink oh my.

Come by soon! Open times extended to reflect daylight hours. I’ll be sure there are fresh flowers in the morning every day but Monday, however, stand is still open and flowers are staying incredibly fresh for days out there.
