• $68.00 plus tax
• Smoked St. Louis style Rack of Ribs
• $28.50 plus tax
• Smoked 4 Cheese Mac-N-Cheese (Offered in half hotel pans or by the Lb.)
• ½ Hotel Pan = $34.00 plus tax – By the Pound = $6.50 plus tax
• Granny’s Collard Greens (Offered by the Lb.) $6.50 plus tax
• Classic Potato Salad (Offered by the Lb.) $5.50 plus tax
