We are thrilled to collaborate with the Stroud Water Research Center to restore and maintain the stream that flows through the farm to the Schuylkill River. Each of the 200 flags along the stream bed represents a native tree to be planted in the next few weeks. These trees will protect the banks of the stream, cleanse and cool the water, and provide habitats for wildlife. Happy Earth Day!

We took the winter off and now we are back! Did you slow down and hibernate like a bear? I know I did!

Now, with beautiful weather just around the corner, we are thrilled to be heading back to The Barn! We can’t wait to unroll our mats again, breathe deeply, and move together in this space that creates peace even as you park your car.

Please note that all classes are on Tuesday this year, with a few restorative yoga classes on Friday nights.
