We will be closing just a little early tonight, so I can clean up and start getting everything organized and prepped for the wedding at The Legacy at MK Ranch. 🖤🖤

With so many weddings and other events being planned in the next year, I wanted to provide a little insight into how I structure your caterings.

For me, it’s not one of those things where I just assemble some food in containers and go about my day.

It’s the pride I take in my work, and it’s a final product that I want to produce for the occasions I have been trusted with.

I break down every dish. I calculate precisely how much of each item I need, down to the exact number of black olives going on your salads. I convert some items to weight and portion them the same way.

— and sometimes I throw a little extra in when I know that the batch will produce a little more.

It’s an art that I calculate like a mathematical equation, but it’s worth it. It’s worth it to me, and I do it because I want it to be worth it to you, too. 🖤

I appreciate you all for trusting and choosing me to provide this added experience to your special events.

We are booking events through December right now, and I’m adding 2027 weddings to my calendar.

We’re closing early! We sold out of our major items.

With school starting back, it put us lower priority on the delivery schedule. Despite changing my delivery schedule, to have a better time slot, it still won’t be here today like it should have been.

It’s frustrating for me, but I’m going to just take a breath and take the evening to relax, not stress about something out of my control.

I greatly appreciate everyone stopping by, and some traveling just to try the food. We have received so many compliments today from those who attended Taste of Leflore County, and it means a lot to me.

We will get it all sorted out, eventually, or I’ll keep bugging everyone until we do… but thank you for supporting us and our little business. 🖤
