When someone orders ribs, that means you get a chance to order some too! We've got a batch this week that'll be available hot on Thursday from 4-5pm in Post Falls or cold on Saturday morning between 9-10.

We'll be at The Hitchin' Barn tomorrow, 6/1, from 11-4pm in Newport, WA. This is a great time to meet us, chat with us about your favorite BBQ experience, and get to know who you'll be working with!

Open to all engaged couples - both those looking for a venue or those who just want to meet us and some other wonderful vendors as you finish your booking processes.

We won't have samples, but if you want to try our food, check out our tasting on 6/13. You can RSVP online to attend.

Though its fun to enjoy the barbecues, the lake, and the day off from work - let's not forget what today is about: honoring those who have lost their lives in the fight to give us the freedom we cherish today. All items are available for pick-up on Saturday, 5/31, from 9:00am-10:00am at our location in Post Falls. Ribs can be picked up HOT on Thursday, 5/29 between 5-8pm, or cold on Saturday.

Woohoo!! The Food Truck is back for SUMMER!!

Come check us out this Thursday, 5/29, at UpNorth Distillery. We'll have racks of ribs, tri-tip sandwiches (yes, sandwiches), and pulled pork nachos!

Plus, who doesn't love a craft cocktail from Up North Distillery while listening to good music like the Bucket List Trio.

Must be 21 and up, so perfect for date night and hanging with friends!
