The transformation of this space took months of planning — with an entire guest reflow structure for the weekend, 20+ different color and fabric choices, the clearing of a previous interior and a week of building, installing, and perfecting for our clients’ welcome party Sangeet.
We created a color palette that matched the hues of San Miguel de Allende and carried it through the entire evening, from the custom menus to the draped walls, to the signature cocktails, through the dishes the pakoras were served on.

We don’t create anything without the utmost intention. And that’s why our couples trust us.

If you were to look up what the Carao restaurant looked like 48 hours before we arrived, you would not believe your eyes.

Through night and day, managing over 140 vendors to build out this floating jungle dinner and dance club for a performance — this is the welcome dinner to kick off welcome dinners.

And this is why we specialize in multi-day, experience based weddings. Because we don’t sleep … obviously
