Everything done with intention — from the size of the arrangements to the print on the linens, to the locally made glassware (who’s company owner we went and met in person to see the designs) to the height of the draping and the ribbon on the menus. Trust me… it was all thought about.

The first night was “a pop of red” — so it was only fitting that the weekend came full circle and we created a late night party after the reception that was “all red everywhere”.

Literally seeping out of the venue, you could see the red from the other side of the island.

We believe there is a brand to your wedding weekend. And it can be big, and it can be settle. But a good brand doesn’t always make it obvious — it’s not about being in your face or plastering a monogram everywhere.

Sometimes, it’s in the smaller details. Like sourcing custom fabric to create your cocktail hour bar - the same fabric that matched your dinner napkins, and welcome party lounge pillows, and was the inspiration for your invitations and welcome bag tissue paper.

A desert inspired, Hindu/Quaker final wedding weekend dinner. After 3 days of events with their friends, we created a space that felt extravagant yet grounded - with a design that leaned into the colors and textures of the surrounding red rock.

A four day, burning-man inspired wedding weekend in the heart of the Southwest desert with a mix of cultures, styles, traditions, and tastes.

Guests came from all over the world to experience an intentional celebration of two wildly caring and successful humans who wanted to create the perfect, elevated desert-camp experience for their guests. And they trusted us to bring it all together and make it feel seamless.

The amount of time, emails, meetings, research, negotiations, coordination, phone calls, and more, that go into planning a multi-day event would blow anyone’s mind. But it’s our job to do it all, behind the scenes, so that nothing impedes our couples getting to experience their event to the fullest.

So much is unseen and that’s what actually makes us really, really good at this.
