Maybelle Center does incredible work creating community and belonging for adults facing mental health stigma and financial poverty here in downtown Portland, and we are always honored to play a small part in helping bring these evenings to life.

Nothing brings a catering family together like a long event day, a few last-minute pivots, and some unexpected emotional support llamas 😂

Somehow between the madness, the laughs, and the hustle, it all works—and it works because of the people in it.

Congregation Beth Israel Gala set the tone for a night that felt anything but traditional—an evening centered on purpose, connection, and a shared commitment to something bigger ✨

Gone was the formal, course-by-course structure—in its place, a dynamic, flowing experience that invited guests to move, explore, and engage. A beautifully curated grazing station anchored the room, offering a thoughtful mix of savory and sweet bites that encouraged guests to gather, linger, and connect throughout the evening 🧀🍇

Holiday parties are in full swing, and we had such a great night celebrating with our friends from Corbin Engineering. The whole evening was filled with Christmas spirit, good conversation, and plenty of cheer.

Guests enjoyed delicious appetizers and seasonal signature cocktails — Winter Sangria, Cranberry Solstice, and of course, a classic Old Fashioned.

Dinner featured beautifully plated entrées, including:
