All year, as a caterer I cook for other people and what they want to eat. On the 1st of the year I cook what I want to eat! It's not always the same but it's always delicious. This year I selected salt and pepper wings, puff pastry with mushrooms and crab, seafood gumbo, greens with oxtail and of course no New Year's Day would be complete without Black eyed peas which I have with Italian sausage and butter greens. I hope to feed you in 2026! Bon Appetit!
