CLOSING A CHAPTER, OPENING A NEW ONE!
It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news that we’ve sold the photography studio building located in Downtown Westphalia. When we bought that cute yellow building in 2016, it needed a ton of work and with the help of family and friends I poured everything I had into bringing it back to life. From tearing down walls to restoring the original 1910 hardwood floors buried under four other layers, it was a labor of love.
My dream was to create a space where local families, high school seniors, and couples could come for high quality portraits and wedding consultations, as well as a place that would contribute to the local business scene and add to the beauty of Downtown Westphalia. Unfortunately, that vision didn’t fully come to life and through the years it became unsustainable to maintain a separate studio space.
That said, I’m happy to report that the building will remain part of Westphalia’s business community. We have found new owners who plan to open a hair salon—keeping Main Street alive with local entrepreneurship!
SO, IS NOBACH CREATIVE DONE? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
In fact, I’m still just as passionate about photography now as I was when I started over 18 years ago. My studio has now moved back home, just 4 miles south of Westphalia on Grange Rd. I’m still here for your weddings, family portraits, senior sessions, and more and I’d love to work with you in the future!
