Custom bridal veils and headpieces for the modern PNW bride. Founded in 1998. We also wholesale to various bridal shops throughout the US.

August Veils was created out of the love of creating veils and headpieces for brides not able to find what they wanted in the current market. We also altered gowns to help supplement income while the veil side of the business grew. We still help many brides who visit our studio with restyling their relatives veils and headpieces, creating new heirloom pieces, designing veils to compliment their we

dding dresses. Proud to source local talent to help create products and alter gowns. We purchase as many of our components from the US as much as we can. As our business grew, many of our past brides referred their friends and family to us. Our alteration department exploded with the recent population explosion here in Portland as well as the multitude of past bride referrals. I myself as well as my staff feel blessed in the confidence that our brides have in us who have entrusted the care of the most important garment to our hands. Time for a featured veil! Terri is a chapel length veil with a delicate waterfall cut to add just the right amount of movement. Wish such an ethereal feel I love to pair this with a lace and tulle A-line gown as a nice contrast to the details.
