Wonderful to work with!

Premiere Catering was wonderful to work with! They made our wedding feel seamless and did a great job with cocktail appetizers, dinner and the bar. All staff were friendly and professional. Michael and the team were so helpful and were always answering questions quickly, which especially when wedding planning is extremely helpful. They also have a lot of knowledge to help in the planning of an event giving suggestions and using their years of experience. I would recommend their services for any wedding or event!

High quality service for our wedding!

Michael had clear communication and was extremely responsive through out the whole process. Most of the time I would get an email back within hours! On the day of the wedding, his team made sure my husband and I got to share our signature cocktails and appetizers up in the bridal suite right after the ceremony for a few minutes alone. Everything was delicious! Michael and his staff did a spectacular job making sure our special day went smoothly!

Incredible Food & Above and Beyond Service
We are SO happy we decided to hire Premiere Catering for our wedding! Michael is incredible and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us make the day perfect. When we realized we needed some highchairs and booster seats for young kids, he took care of it. We spent a lot of time trying to decide what catering company to go with and looking back on our wedding day, we are so happy that we picked Premiere Catering for their incredible customer service, willingness to go above and beyond, and of course, their FANTASTIC food! We have had so many guests raving about the food at our wedding. It was great to be able to have a tasting experience in the months leading to our wedding as it really helped us to try the food and decide what we liked best. We decided on the Grilled Salmon with a lemon dill cream sauce and the Caribbean Jerk Chicken which were both delicious! I absolutely love mac & cheese, so we of course had their Tillamook Mac & Cheese which was one of the best mac & cheese I've ever had. We also worked with Michael and created signature drinks that came together perfectly on the day of.

What an Amazing Holiday Weekend, Taylor and Alex brought the entire community to assist with their Nuptials, Taylors Two Aunts coordinated the entire event. Our deepest gratitude for their assistance. And this was only the beginning of the Wedding and Reception at The Water Oasis .

I wanted to reach out and share how grateful I am that we chose your company for our gala. You and your team were absolutely outstanding. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and did an excellent job from start to finish.
I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but please pass along my thanks to your bartenders, the waitstaff member who handled our auction drinks, and the team lead overseeing the event—they were all exceptional. I was so impressed by the timing, the quality of the food, and the attention to every little detail.

Thank you so much for all of your work and support with our holiday party. We truly appreciate the care and effort you and your team put into the event.

The food was fantastic. Our guests absolutely loved the salmon. It was one of the most talked about dishes of the night. The drinks were also a huge hit. Everything was delicious, and I personally loved the holiday mule. It was such a fun and festive touch.

That said, the event was a big success overall, and we are very grateful for all the work you and your team did to make the evening special. Thank you again for everything and for helping create such a memorable night. I also really appreciated you getting the rosé to us to taste and allowing us to drop off the liquor ahead of the event, as well as meeting us onsite to ensure everything was tracking smoothly.

I truly cannot thank you enough for the attention and care you gave us leading up to the event and day-of.

Have a fun and safe New Year’s celebration, and we will be back with you in 2026
