Wilgus Wedding Pt. 1 • 7.22.24

This wedding was SO much fun and SO special. Not just because she’s my sister, but because every minute of the day was filled with so much love from everyone who was a part of it. From the Bridal Party to the vendors, to the venue everyone was friends and family, and that made the day oh so special.
-
As you can tell, Brandi and Joel had a wonderful time, and even their son Colton joined the party (and stayed until last call)! And it was a PARTY until the very end.

Bronson Wedding Pt. 2

Some more photos of this beautiful wedding! Every time I think of this wedding, I smile thinking about how much LOVE was there that day. Love between these two beautiful ladies, and love from every person there. I’ve been to some weddings where not everyone is loving being there… this was NOT one of them.

It was such a joy to be able to help deal with the details so these newlyweds could just soak up all the joy from their day. From the beginning to the end of the day this wedding was a PARTY and it was so fun to handle the behind the scenes so everyone could just enjoy celebrating!

We had an amazing time at celebrating their marriage. There was so much love that day, and it was so much fun watching their family’s join together as they did! Everything was beautiful from the venue, to the decor, even the weather cooperated and gave them a lovely, warm, wedding day in April!

Now that the sun is FINALLY showing it’s beautiful face here in the Portland area, I’m getting excited about Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Party season!!!

One of my favorite things about my wedding was getting to spend 15 minutes alone with my husband eating dinner before we headed back in to party with all our guests!

We got to eat the food we were so excited about & we could just focus on spending time with our loved ones when we got back to our reception.

Paying for a wedding?! In this economy?! Who can afford it?!

One way to save on Decor is to either do it yourself, or find other brides who have done it themselves!! Thrifting, buying from other brides, overstock stores, and crafting on your own are great ways to save on wedding decor!
And the best part is, you can sell it after you’re done and help another budget bride get the wedding of her dreams! It’s like the pay it forward chain at your local coffee shop, but WAY more practical.

We all want a beautiful wedding, but don’t want our whole budget sucked up by vases and candles and table runners!! DM me if you need some inspiration on where to go to find some budget friendly diamonds in the rough for your wedding. 😍

The whole reason I do my job is to see these smiles!! Seeing the families, the bridal party, and the guests enjoy a beautiful event together celebrating the couple of honor is my favorite thing about working weddings!

You should be able to relax and enjoy the day as much as these two got to. It shouldn’t be up to you or your loved ones to pull off the big day. The whole reason to put on a wedding is to CELEBRATE, so let me take the details off your hands, and have the best day of your life!

Taking all the hard work and vision the couple has put in, and turning it into a reality is my specialty! Give me a tote full of decor, and a semi empty space and I’ll make magic happen.

For this wedding, I had a ROCKSTAR group of Bridesmaids help me with a total room flip between the ceremony and reception, and we made that place a dreamy, dinner wonderland.

Bonner Wedding Pt. 3

The beautiful bride and groom at an altar handmade by their families.

A beautiful burlap runner that took the bridal party down and over a creek to the place they would be wed.

Mom and dad filled with joy walking their girl to marry her man.

Details from the reception where the party literally lasted all night. And yes I’m posting that disco ball shot again but can you blame me?!

This wedding truly was one of my favorites probably because it was filled with so many of my favorite people. I loved getting to help one of my favorite families have the best day ever!
