Join us for a hands-on deep dive into béchamel—the classic French white sauce that quietly powers everything from gratins and lasagna to soufflés and croque monsieurs. In this approachable, technique-focused class, we’ll walk through the fundamentals step by step, demystifying ratios, heat, and texture so you can make it flawlessly every time.
Creme Patissiere Masterclass
Join us for a hands-on class dedicated to crème pâtissière—the essential pastry cream behind fruit tarts, éclairs, choux, mille-feuille, and so many classic French desserts. In this technique-driven session, we’ll break down the fundamentals so you understand not just how to make it, but why it works—helping you achieve a smooth, silky pastry cream every time.
Each class is $115 per person and is 2-2.5 hours long with demo, hands on cooking and plenty of time to taste your creations!
