Hey friends! Allie T. and I have been hard at work creating a 50 minute all ages show!! Come join us Saturday, May 11 at 2pm at Walter’s Cultural Art Center in Hillsboro! Tickets are $5-7 and we would love to share it with all of you!!

Tomorrow at Superhero Fitness!

11-12pm Double Hoop Workshop
12-2pm Spin Jam

Tomorrows focus will be on two hoop one hand hinges, switches, and tosses.

We will also work with one hand one wrist hoop moves, such as isolation vs extensions, directional changes, toss transitions, and more!!

I have extra double sets to lend out if you don’t have your own!

$80 for the class series or $30 to drop in.
Spin jam is sliding scale $5-15!

Excited to share drop in hoop classes & spin jams at Superhero Fitness for the month of March!

Starting this Sunday, March classes will be a continuation of building hoop foundations! Those who attend class are welcome to stay for the jam at no additional charge!

The spin jam is a $5-15 sliding scale donation, and all spinners are welcome to join! Hope to see you and start our Sundays off doing what brings us joy!!

Hi all! So excited for the Portland Winter Light Festival Hula Hoop Flash Mob & Glow Jam next weekend! For those interested, here is a writeup of the choreography to help with your practice. There is an optional practice/rehearsal at Superhero Fitness open jam tomorrow, Sunday 1/28 from 12-1. Entry to open jam is suggested donation of $5-15 and I will be there to teach and answer questions!
