My cousin sent me this devotion today. It was originally sent to her from her mom in 2016, with hopes that her New Year be filled with hope. A reminder to be intentional in prayer and live a life of gratitude.

The last couple of months have shaken me, shaken my faith. It’s in these times so filled with anxiety and an overwhelming sense of worry, I need to read these words and let them flow through my heart and mind on repeat. Let me be lead where my trust is completely in Him.

God is working all the time. In our brokenness, we struggle to find the beauty but it’s there…we just need to look. Praying that we all find peace, joy and unshakable faith in the New Year and always.

Grateful to spend a morning in worship and an afternoon preparing our home for a day of Thanksgiving. Our kids are home helping with some decorating, Mom is resting and sewing. Christmas music plays, flooding our minds with memories of past holidays. Looking forward to Franky being home and us all being together. This has been an incredible year with so many reasons to give thanks and celebrate. Hope you enjoy the same this Thanksgiving.

Hello, Family and Friends. Our daughter Lacey is soaring to new heights with her volleyball skills this year at Summit Collegiate High School.
