Rodney Robinson and the MKCS team helped Ms. Angela James celebrate her 60th birthday in the most glorious style. A joyous time was had by all!! On the menu she had braised beef tips, fried and baked chicken, saffron rice and mashed potatoes, green beans (x2), roasted and glazed carrots, buttered corn, tossed salad, rolls and cornbread. It will not be a signature MKCS event without a signature fruit carving from Chef Karyne Laurent of EdensEdibles. Thank you Ms. Angela Angie James you are now part of the MKCS family!!
