Pour overs really are special. They are a slow and meticulous brewing method that do complete justice to the coffee beans. Truly, you’re extracting every ounce of elbow grease that went into its harvesting, processing, roasting, etc. I like to think that is why they taste so delicious, fun, and unique.

This Thursday, come and taste what the farmers and producers of Banko Gotiti have been up to along with the roasters at JBC Coffee Roasters!

Hi guys, Adam here from Sacred Bean. It turns out that we have got ourselves a one year anniversary coming up!

On Saturday, May 30th, we will be celebrating alongside Cavelier Wine Bar as we ring in our first anniversary and they ring in their second.

For the first time, we will be featuring live music from 9-11am with non other than the Port Washington native himself, Nate Herlache.

And then, in a joint effort, both Sacred Bean & Cavelier Wine Bar will be fielding non-perishable food donations which will then be donated to The Food Pantry and will result in either a $1 discount (us) or $2 discount (Cavelier) on a drink.

With warm weather and sunshine (hopefully) on the horizon, the Festival of the Arts occurring on the same day, and a couple of anniversaries to celebrate, we expect there to be quite the buzz in the air in Port!

Pour overs are back! But only for one day (1!).

On Thursday, May 14th from 7-11am, we will be brewing up pour overs using Banko Gotiti Ethiopian beans from our pals over at in Madison.

So come and enjoy the lake and a taste of these certified organic beans originating from one of the most renowned coffee regions in the world roasted by one of the premier roasteries in the US. The door is open. You know where to find us...or at least we hope you do!

Hi friends! If you haven’t gotten word yet, there will be a Bloody Mary walk taking place in downtown Port Washington on Sunday which our pals at Cavelier Wine Bar (the home of our residency) will be partaking in. As a result, we will be closing one (1) hour early and closing at 10am.

Whether it’s stopping by for a latte, attending the Bloody Mary walk, or getting some spring cleaning done, we hope you have a lovely Sunday!
