We are officially transitioning our business to our new brand: Testa Rossa Authentic Neapolitan Pizza.

As we evolve, our heart has found its home in authentic Italian cuisine. We are narrowing our focus to provide the absolute best in traditional Italian catering, artisanal pasta, and our signature wood-fired pizza experiences.

What this means for you:

New Home: We will no longer be posting updates, menus, or photos on this page. All the "foodie" action is moving to our new handle!

Inquiries: If you are planning a wedding or event, all new catering requests should be directed to our new channels.

The Experience: You can still expect the same high-quality service and professional staff you’ve always loved, now with a specialized Italian flair.

As we step into 2026, we’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on what drives us. For us, it has always been about the craft, the heritage, and the power of a shared meal.

To ensure we are providing the highest level of catering possible, we are focusing our energy on what we do best: Traditional Wood-Fired Pizza and Authentic Italian Pasta. To honor this shift, Flavored Fork is officially transitioning to Testa Rossa. This isn’t just a name change; it’s a commitment to our Italian heritage. While we will still offer curated appetizers and desserts, every plate will now lead with authentic Italian flavors and ingredients.

As of January 1, 2026, all of our catering packages will center around the star of the show: our authentic, gourmet Wood-Fired Pizza.

This change means we will no longer be offering full-service catering without the pizza as the main feature. By focusing our energy, we can guarantee an unforgettable, high-quality, and flavorful wood-fired experience for your next event.
