We cook our ribs old school with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the membrane on. I run the cooker with Fla Oak around 350 till the ribs temp out at 200. While they rest I put our homemade rub and let the flavors melt into the meat. Once the ribs rest the membrane peals off and they are cut and served. They are not "smoked" but cooked with wood......🤠

Well its official, the business side of SRBBQ is officially closed. We want to thank everyone who supported us over the past few years and will always cherish the memories. As a family run business we are taking the rest of the year to spend together and will start back with small events, fundraising, and the local bbq events so keep up with us and see you soon....🤠
