We truly can’t thank everyone enough for all the love and support we’ve received over these past few months during our busiest season of the year! ❤️ Every rental, every event, every referral, and every family that chose to celebrate with us means more than you know.

As a small, family-owned business, we work hard to provide clean, safe inflatables and exceptional customer service for every event.

If you’ve received your rental, enjoyed the equipment, and we fulfilled everything we promised, filing a credit card dispute instead of contacting us is simply not the right thing to do. (Unfortunately 2 this month)

Payment disputes should be reserved for actual fraud or services that were never provided, not as a way to avoid paying for a completed rental.

If there’s ever an issue, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We are always willing to listen and do everything we can to make things right.
